He didn't pay attention to this sort of thing. He was all about other stuff..

Sperway Homes recently engaged Bayview Brick & Block to complete a custom build home in Toorak designed by Nicholas Day architects. The works included external and internal basement blockwork walls as well as a lift shaft from the basement to the 3rd floor. All work carried out was to a high standard with all of the core filling completed throughout each stage. It was effortless planning and scheduling the stages with Tim, and I would highly recommend Tim and his team for all scopes of works.

I had the pleasure of having Tim and his team work with me on a very large scale, high end , residential job last year. Tim was great to work with, nothing was ever a problem and he was fantastic at providing solutions to any problem we encountered ( which is crucial in the construction industry). His can do attitude, with his hands on approach was a credit to him and his company. Access Concrete Pumping can say without doubt that their workmanship is exceptional; they leave very clean brick & block work, both inside & outside. Clean block work, especially on the inside of walls where you need concrete to flow & fill, allows for efficient and effective pumping of concrete which results in uncompromised structural integrity of your project.
