Bayview Brick & Block Laying is a blocklaying company based in Melbourne, built on hands-on experience, precision and reliable delivery. Since 2012 we have given builders, site foremen and project managers complete blockwork packages that cut out delays and coordination headaches.

Our team of eight tradespeople works to the same commitment on every job: plan ahead, communicate clearly, produce clean results. We manage the full blockwork scope from supply through to installation, so you receive a finished package rather than a part-job.

Tim Faughlin is the director of Bayview Brick & Block Laying. Tim started his bricklaying apprenticeship in 2007 and completed it in 2010 after three years of hands-on training across a variety of Melbourne construction sites. Those early years shaped the way we still operate today: show up early, work with care, and make things easier for everyone on site.

Bayview Brick & Block Laying was established in 2012 with a clear objective. We take control of the blockwork package from supply to install and help projects move forward without delays, subcontractor complications, or missed RFIs. That objective has not changed.

Bayview Brick & Block Laying employs a team of 8 fully trained tradespeople. Every crew member is punctual, respectful, and aligned with the site’s expectations. Unlike others who outsource parts of the work, we manage all equipment ourselves. Bayview Brick & Block Laying owns and operates its own line pump, which removes the need for external subcontractors or operators.

Every project we take on is managed to the same standard. Builders get reliable outcomes, site foremen stay informed, and project managers receive finished blockwork without setbacks. We run our own schedule, supply our own materials, and complete the entire blocklaying scope with consistency.

Bayview Brick & Block Laying’s work featured in the 8 Yard House project by Basis Builders. The 8 Yard House is a high-spec, architect-led build that required careful planning, tight access solutions, and accurate blockwork throughout the structure. Bayview Brick & Block Laying completed the full blockwork package without disruption to the build program.

Bayview Brick & Block Laying takes ownership of the entire blockwork scope so the builder doesn’t have to. We identify issues before they cause disruption, handle design queries in advance, and start building relationships with the project team before the quote is even approved.
